1. How I can create eServices account

1. Enter your information.

I'm not the Agent:

You must chose the account type. You'll be asked to enter your name and email address, and to choose a password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, lower and upper case, and using special characters). When you click Submit, you're agreeing that you've accepted the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

I'm the Agent:

You must chose the “Agent” account type. You'll be asked to enter your currently user name [it is very important] and email address, and to choose a password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, lower and upper case, and using special characters). When you click Submit, you're agreeing that you've accepted the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

2. Review your confirmation.

You'll see a confirmation message to your email with the activation link. You're all set.

3. How I can check my applications details

All information about your applications can be found on the dashboard and in the "My applications" screen. You can see:

4. How I can pay for the application?

You can pay by credit card or by collect payment.

6. How I can change my account preferences?

7. What does it mean when the application has the status "Waiting for correction"

If the application has the status "waiting for correction", this means that the MOHaP Officer will check the information, and need more details, attachments or change data to correct. Information about the requirements can be found in the "comment" section. You should correct the application and send it back for approval. You don't have to pay anything - the correction is for free.

8. Where should I attach the required documents

You don't need to provide paper documents to the MOHaP office. All documents, in electronic form, can be included in the application, on the screen "attachments". Required documents are marked with a red star.
